Jenny is exceptional. The minute she stepped into my room the first time, I felt I had known her for years. She has a way about her that instantly put me at ease and made me feel secure and cared for. She is warm, personable, and engaging and is clearly motivated to provide the absolute best care possible to every one of her patients. What makes Jenny so special is how proactive she is at providing that excellent care. An example, which may sound trivial, but actually was so meaningful is that she came to my room BEFORE any alarm bells went off on my IV monitor every single time and made sure the fluid bags were changed without me having to wait 20 or 30 minutes with beeping alarms going off constantly. When you are already sick and feeling awful, a nurse like Jenny who recognizes and actively prevents these additional irritants from happening should be cherished. Jenny has a very compassionate and wonderful bedside manner and I hope she is recognized for all she does!
