Jenny did not hesitate to help triage a patient who was seen in Primary Care Behavioral Health and who endorsed chest pain, shoulder pain, and back pain. She quickly assessed the patient and included a provider to ensure the patient's safety. She was kind and supportive and made the patient feel seen and heard.
