Jeonglan was my favorite nurse. She entered my room with a beautiful warm smile. You could see she was so pleased to be at work. She introduced herself to me with great bedside manner. During my stay, she helped me relax by listening and talking to me calmly. I was in severe pain and she made me feel comfortable. She brought my medication on time. She even changed me when I soiled myself while making sure my dignity was intact. She assured me not to feel embarrassed. She was ever so patient with me. Made me feel like I was the only patient she had. I learned that was just her normal behavior with all the other patients here!

Jeonglan is the most beautiful human being I ever met. She is very attentive, sweet, kind, caring and super nice. She should be RN for the week and the month. I have nothing but good things to say about her. When an RN treats you like she does, we patients have hope and she gave me that hope I needed.
