Jephte Ponvil, RN

During my 4 day stay at Mt. Carmel East, I was treated like a “king” by everyone with whom I came in contact. My nurse Jephte “JT” Poinvil was an outstanding nurse. He was very caring, kind, professional, and efficient. JT went beyond the call of duty to meet all of my needs. He is definitely a hard worker. I know he was caring for several patients beside me; however, he was always there for me when I needed him. He was always pleasant when he came into my room-never complained about a thing. JT was very, very good about explaining what he was doing for my care and about what was going on with my care in general. He made me feel very comfortable. The caring attitude and respect JT showed me were very much appreciated by me. It was obvious JT loved his patients, his job, Mt. Carmel East, and the U.S.A. JT is an outstanding nurse and man. I give him an A+.
