Jerelynn has grown immensely over the last 8 months. She pours her heart and soul into serving our patients while learning and growing as a newer nurse. She is innovative and strives for excellence with each encounter and child she serves. She seeks answers and is eager to learn as much as she can in order to provide the best care. She dedicates extra time and goes the extra mile for patients and parents who are struggling in our diverse, underserved community and she provides the tools to empower them to ensure they are successful once they leave our ambulatory setting. Jerelynn is positive, kind, and respectful and has begun to lead others by example. Families rave about her care and request her as a nurse for being so gentle and sweet. I have witnessed her calm demeanor in clinical deteriorations and her ability to critically think under pressure has amazed me each time. Jerelynn's success is just beginning.
