My sister and I met Jeremy on our first scary night after being airlifted for a brain bleed. We were clueless. He calmly, quietly, and professionally spoke with us about what was happening and what to expect. He was our RN for 2, 12-hour shifts at night. My sister and I are in the medical profession and are known for being somewhat demanding and having a ton of questions. Jeremy was always respectful, kind, patient, very supportive, and knowledgeable. Privacy was totally maintained as we got up often to the bathroom. Assistance was right there as we needed it but never overbearing. He did everything in his power to help us rest, which is difficult in an ICU setting. The very small details were perfectly taken care of. He completes every task with 100% competency. Personally, as we got to be around him, he shared bits of himself. My sister and I think he’s exceptional and a true asset to this unit. We wish him the best.
