Jeremy G Carby, RN

Jeremy has taken care of me since 2017. He never fails to put a smile on my face. He always makes sure I have all my ducks in a line from having my next appointment to referring me to great doctors! My family and I love him! Aside from regular care questions, he goes above and beyond on checking on me. He asks me about my job, my mental health, and my family. He even asks about my dogs and even though he sees countless patients, he always makes me feel comfortable and safe.

Jeremy is an incredible nurse and an amazing person! I need infusions. He has been such a lifesaver and my health has improved so much because he is so helpful with reminders of appointments. He is always so kind when putting my IV in. He always makes me laugh. I look forward to Fridays to see my favorite nurse!
