Jeremy Hill, RN

Jeremy has demonstrated remarkable nursing and leadership skills in multiple instances while working with him. Although, his skills can be summed up in two words: supportive and passionate. One evening, while working with Jeremy, Jeremy and I met an overwhelming scenario. The patient was placed on ECMO after giving birth, and he was tasked with leading an effort that no one would want to be tasked with. Jeremy prayed with the family without being asked to; he led the whole team in what direction we needed to go for transportation to Duke, and then he was the emotional support for all of us thereafter. Jeremy’s passion for his work and this team is what held us together that night. We certainly could not have done it without him. We all should be truly grateful for him.
