In the middle of the night, my wife and I needed to make a trip to the Emergency Room due to my wife's ongoing cancer. From the moment Jeremy came into our room and introduced himself, he was respectful, empathetic, caring, and confident that he would provide the best service he could to my wife and me. He explained every aspect of the care he was providing to us, and during his downtime came by for a conversation. We will always remember Jeremy, our Gentle Giant, for the way he treated us that night.
