During a routine test it was discovered I had an atrial flutter and I was admitted to the hospital. Things got off to a rough start but when morning came Jeremy came in. When I told him what was happening he immediately ordered the bed totally remade with fresh linens and blankets, a fresh gown for me and installed a much longer tubing to the heart monitor so I could get to the bathroom with a walker and use it and clean myself. For the first time since being admitted, I felt like a human being. Jeremy did it all for me. Thankfully he even insisted on locating an easy chair, so I could sit instead of being in the bed all the time. Later when I was discharged, Jeremy came in to help discharge me and he went over my med list and advised me of any changes. Again, Jeremy went far beyond necessary to help me. He also insisted on explaining each discharge instruction carefully and then proceeded to place me in a wheelchair and personally discharge me. He wheeled me to my daughter's care and assisted me in getting seated and belted!
