Jeremy Padgett made me feel special. He never seemed rushed and took extra time up with me. He let me vent and express my feelings. I have a younger son with special needs. I told him my story and how it affects my health on an everyday basis and how my son's condition adds extra stress to my everyday life. He listened to me and heard what I was saying. He assisted me by providing resources to help me live a healthier life. I cannot express in words how much of a difference he made on my stay in the ICU. He comforted me and made me feel safe during a very trying time. He truly is an added gem to your organization. He really helped me forget my worries and made my stay pleasurable. I thank him from the bottom of my heart.
