Our son was transferred from NSICU and Jeremy was his nurse on 10/29/14. He came in, introduced himself and answered ALL questions we had that had NOT been answered since our child was airlifted here the previous Sunday. He was very compassionate and considerate not only to our child but also to my husband and me. It was like he took himself out of his shoes and walked in ours. He understood and addressed our questions and concerns, as well as acknowledged not only our child's medical issues, but our stress and emotional concerns. Jeremy Phillips kept us from just walking out and finding another hospital by being who he naturally seems to be - a kind, caring, compassionate nurse.
