Jeremy takes ownership in his work, excellence in care and loyalty to both his team and the hospital. The specific incidence that really highlights Jeremy's dedication to his patients is the personal connection that he made with his patients as well as the families. Jeremy showed care and compassion for this patient, treating him like family by celebrating birthdays and sometimes just sitting with him and his family in their time of need. After three months of being a patient here at Memorial Hospital, he lost his fight with his illness and passed away, under Hospice care at home. I know that Jeremy's caring and compassion did not stop when my loved one was discharged and that this affected him on a personal level.
