He is so knowledgeable and you could feel his excitement in teaching us and passing along that knowledge. He carried that same spirit to the patient's bedside. I will never forget listening to him talk to patients. An example would be with this patient with type 1 Diabetes during my first semester. The way he educated the patient and encouraged him was inspiring to witness. And this is just one of the many examples.
