I was ready to commit suicide. Jeri called me, talked me down, and convinced me to drive myself from Clovis to Amarillo, to not blow my brains out, and to commit myself to the VA for depression and help.
Jeri saved my life.
She continues to show exemplary follow up care, checking up on me 6 weeks later, making sure I am caught up on appointments, meds, and that I am feeling good and not depressed. She went above and beyond, and continues this type of service and caring.
