Jeri makes meaningful differences in all her patients' care. As a person who rounds on patients, her patients always have great things to say about her and her care. How she makes them feel so well cared for and how thorough she is at her job. As a colleague, from the minute Jeri steps on the floor every patient becomes her concern, she always has her "roller-skates" on to zip from room to room to make sure she is doing everything she can for her patients, family members, and fellow staff. She really truly spends that extra time in their rooms, taking them to the bathroom, getting that coffee, and making sure all their needs are met. Her compassion and caring positive attitude are shown even on the busiest and most stressful days.
