I have known Jeri for over 8 years. I was in a very bad place in my life. I was having several health and mental problems and felt no one cared. I met Jeri and she was directly responsible for helping me get my life back on track. She helped me get my appointments when I was told it would be months for an appointment, she took the time to listen to my fears and always was there for me to talk to. She is a great listener and explained things to me so I could understand. She is kind, caring, and I believe she knows how I feel. She has followed up with me to see how I was doing or make sure I got to my appointments. She has been doing this for 8 years and I'm a better, healthier man because of her.
