He took the time to handle all my care and made me feel special. He never made me feel like a burden or just a room number. He was just amazing with my care.

Jerico was a fantastic nurse. He made me feel like a person rather than a bed number. He consistently brought me ice chips and water even though he didn’t have to. He tended to my basic needs kindly.

He cleaned my space and made sure my bed was good with clean linens. When I was in a lot of pain, he went into such depth explaining my pain regimen and other alternatives to make me comfortable. He always let me know what time my medications were due so I could prepare.

Throughout my stay, he demonstrated warm and caring behaviors toward me. He was very patient with my requests and never made me feel rushed, as though he had other things to do.

He advocated for me with the doctors. This might be his job, but he does it with such great compassion that it made me feel well cared for.

He even assisted me to make an important long-distance call that I needed to plan for my caregivers. He was the most patient with me. Thank you, Jerico!
