When I first arrived, I was so frazzled and Jeri immediately made me feel like I was going to be safe and I would get better. She said that the choices that got me to this facility would not define my life or my stay here. The level of care from nursing duties, to helping me find dessert in the fridge, never faltered and she behaved with integrity and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Jeri, everything good that has come out of my stay here began with your kindness. Forever grateful.
