My husband was a patient on Jermaine's floor for 3 weeks. His condition was extremely critical and over those 3 weeks. Jermaine stepped in to provide a calm voice and support through simply listening and compassionate words of reasoning. To state only one situation would be a disservice to the total immeasurable amount of time and care he provided to myself and my family. It was a terrifying roller coaster of emotions those few weeks but Jermaine was a rock of support and shoulder to cry on whenever I needed him. He never made me feel like I was taking him away from something more important. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Jermaine made an impact on all our lives and we will never be able to say "thank you" enough!
