Jerome has been my mother's nurse several times during her stay. He exemplifies compassion, caring, and healing. For example, he skillfully and carefully checks my mother's skin. In doing so, he discovered wounds on her heels. He said he would make sure to contact wound care. In addition, he put heel boots on to protect her heels. Jerome has a healing manner that he always exhibits. He answers all of my mother's questions about her medications. He is extremely knowledgeable and generous with his knowledge about all aspects of her care. It is with honor that we thank Jerome for his contributions to her healing. Jerome has made a meaningful difference in her care.
