As a night nurse, Jerome Yumul entered quietly and respectfully and was very gentle with the IV connectors. His hands were the only ones that did not hurt me. He presented himself with excellence and instilled trust immediately. Thank you, Jerome! He comes and checks on me when he doesn’t have to. Makes sure my pain is not too bad. He always comes with a smile and a positive attitude.
