July 2025 Honoree
Jerrell Fairweather, RN
Jerrell took care of my dad for three days while he was treated in the Trauma ICU. Jerrell’s honesty, patience, compassion, and overall patient care only made it easier for us as family in a terrible, heartbreaking situation.
Jerrell’s honesty and patience helped us understand the situation, make educated decisions, and feel comforted. When my dad went downhill and Jerrell had to run the alert, he not only focused on treating my dad but kept my mom in the loop along the way and never made our family feel like we were in the way or a burden.
There will never be enough words to say thank you or explain the impact he had on our situation. Although my dad’s outcome was not what we wanted, we are reassured that he had the best care from the team.
