He is truly obsessed with his patients' safety and comfort - asking questions to ensure comfort. Mom had a terrible rash under her breasts because of skin on skin. Jerry checked many times to ensure Mom was comfortable. His willingness to change the bandages was so caring - he wanted her to feel better and would do whatever he could to make it happen.
