Jerry Dunn, RN

I had become new to the VA early this year with my father. I had no idea about processes for refilling prescriptions or scheduling doctor visits within the VA. Jerry, from day one, was kind, compassionate, and understanding. He always shows empathy and trust. He is never in a bad mood and can calm me and make me laugh. I truly know he loves his job and the people he takes care of. There hasn't been one time that he explained something or how things work at the VA that was incorrect. I thank God every day for Jerry. Without him, I would be lost.
