Jerry is always willing to help me with nursing tasks I have not performed, no matter how busy he is with patient care. He answers my questions with wisdom and grace, never leading me to feel like it's a stupid question. He always has a great attitude and always puts out a positive vibe. As charge nurse, he takes on new admissions or helps us with our new admits. I want to be like Jerry when I grow up! I'm so thankful and feel safer as a new nurse with him as my charge nurse.
