Jes has been a nurse at Memorial for 15 years. He is an intelligent caring person. He consistently receives praise from patients and their families for coming into their lives at a very scary and stressful time. His coworkers often praise him for going above and beyond in helping them care for patients. He functions as an informed leader and precepts new nurses. He is the picture of compassion.
