Dibujaba con él para tranquilizarlo y le hacía preguntas infantiles. Todos deberían ser así, haciendo la estancia más agradable.

Jessi is a very empathetic person—kind, warm, and always attentive to our needs. She took excellent care of my grandson and made him feel comfortable with all the procedures she needed to do.
