JESICA NORMA JUAREZ, RN

So far this year, I’ve had two long hospitalizations, each about a month long. I had some personal difficult or sad moments.

During both hospitalizations, I was with Jesica. One night, I was in a really bad mood and didn’t want to have dinner. Jesica came into the room and, with all the love in the world and a lot of patience, she spoke to me, comforted me, and really listened. It’s clear that she has charisma, peace, love for her profession, and a big heart. She took the time to talk and actively listen to me, even though it was almost time for her to leave.

I congratulate the Austral Hospital for having such an excellent person on their team.
