In the years I have worked with Jessica Bailey, she has demonstrated professionalism and expertise in her care of patients every day. She is thorough and knowledgeable with the critically ill patients she cares for. She respects patient's privacy and goes above and beyond each day to stand up for the rights of her patients. She follows the rules and standards set for our patients and encourages others to do the same. She always has a positive attitude at work. She has stepped up to the plate to take on extra responsibility when needed and makes herself available to work on special projects. She has taken a leadership role with a nursing governance council and works with evidenced based practice projects that lead to improved patient care. She is recognized for being thorough and intelligent as she works as a preceptor for nursing students and new nurses. She stands up for what she believes and always advocates of her patients and families. Jess demonstrates compassion and competence and is a credit to the profession of nursing every day.
