I want to thank Jess for being so kind and gentle with my mother as she was hospitalized for the third time in 6 weeks. Mom was not the easiest patient- combative, oppositional, and end stages of dementia- but Jess continued to offer compassionate care until Mom's discharge. She also helped me work through my emotions as I watched my mother decline and leave to hospice care. I will forever be grateful for her support and kindness throughout Mom's final hospital visit.
