Jess is an excellent nurse! It is not easy for us to be here but sometimes we have to be. Jess makes you feel more at ease by just the way she talks to you. She answers questions for you and if she doesn't have an answer she will find out for you. She treats everyone with so much respect and kindness. She shows how much she cares about her patients. It appears to me that she goes out of her way to make sure anyone she takes care of is made as comfortable as possible. I think Jess is a special person and we are very glad to have her when we were in need. She obviously loves her job and it shows. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give her a much deserved 20. I am very glad she was my nurse and I wish her nothing but good things in her future.
