After two heart attacks our father found himself on end-of-life care in Bellevue NE Med Center. Jess took extraordinary care of him. All the nurses did but Jess really went above and beyond. She even made it possible for my father’s beloved dog to come say his goodbyes to our dad. I believe it really helped give them both some closure. The dog has stopped jumping the fence to run home to my dad’s and has settled in his new home with my aunt. We know this would have meant the world to him. It meant the world to us kids. Not to mention all the rest of the phenomenal care and respect Jess gave our father in his final days. Thank you.
