Our son requires very frequent lab draws. Jess took initiative to find a solution, gathering the necessary supplies and drawing my son’s labs herself. This may seem like a simple task but believe me, for our son, it is not. Out of 3 nurses, 3 lab technicians, the vascular access team, and 2 air flight team members, Jess was by far the best person at obtaining blood. She was quick, careful, and talented at this task. Most importantly, we appreciate her compassion, she made a difficult time for our family tolerable, if not enjoyable. I can’t thank her enough
