Jess made a huge effort to make sure that the patient and their family members understood everything that was occurring, despite the large language barriers. Jessica utilized Google Translate, an iPad, staff nurses and anyone available to translate for the family. Jessica made sure the patient was always neat and clean. The family expressed their gratitude for how caring Jess was to them.
