I will never forget the day that Jessica walked into my room. My assigned nurse was swamped, and Jess asked if she could help. I was so filled with sorrow; she didn't hesitate to sit with me and calm me down. She turned my stay here around. I could hardly ever find anyone who would walk with me, but bless her heart, if she was there and heard I was wanting to walk, she always did her best to come with me.
