Jessa Mac-Guingguing, RN, BSN

All the staff for this floor were wonderful, but Jessa Mac-Guingguing really took just a few minutes to encourage and comfort me when I was so sick. She never hesitated to offer a gloved hand, or kind words. She truly found her calling and was truly meant to do this work. Even on days where she literally was running the whole shift, she never lost her kind, cheerful disposition.
She never let any kind of frustration or stress show and was truly a strong source of support for me, which meant so much to me in this trying time. She truly made my time here not only tolerable but, I dare say, at times, even enjoyable.
She truly is an extraordinary nurse and person!
