Jesse is the one that you meet and you just know that this is the profession that is a perfect fit! No matter how crazy or busy the day gets, he is always the calm and steady presence. The one trait about Jesse that stands out more than any other is his sense of humor.

Jesse has a warmth about him that makes others just feel better. Single words used to describe him are: compassionate, awesome, flexible, approachable, proactive, committed and fun!

He is a great mentor and preceptor. The Charge Nurses feel like he has their backs - always willing to jump in and lend a hand. Co-workers describe Jesse as the 'Rock' on their unit.
