My husband was quite ill, and could, at times, be what I would describe as a difficult patient. Jesse remained calm, kind, and professional, even when my husband didn't always deserve Jesse's willingness to go above and beyond. Jesse even stayed two hours after his shift to help transport and admit my husband to the Heart Hospital from the Red Zone of the ER so we wouldn't have to remain three hours plus in the crowded and busy Red Zone. Jesse is an excellent nurse who is obviously dedicated to his profession and cares about his patients. Jesse definitely deserves this DAISY Award!
