In August of this past year, I was admitted to the ER. While I was there I received exceptional care and attention from Jesse. She showed concern about my health, well-being, and comfort. Jesse made sure that I received meals (lunch and dinner), plus brought me an ice cream cup with Happy Birthday written on it, as it was my Birthday! She was able to simplify medical vocabulary and explain to me exactly what was happening and what was going to happen. She kept me informed of all my test results while showing concern. Finally, I would like to thank Jesse for her outstanding service and dedication to the nursing profession.
