I came to the Emergency with a racing heart rate. Jesse stayed with me and calmed my fears. Jesse remained with me not just as a nurse but a friend. He asked me questions about my family, friends, places we've visited and favorite foods. I was above the call of a nurse. Jesse is definitely deserving of this award.
