My experience at Metro was one of being consistently treated as a person first and a patient second and no one exemplified that mentality better than Jesse. He made me feel comfortable even during uncomfortable procedures by taking the time to get to know me person-to-person in advance of taking on a caregiver role. He put me at ease when it came time for me to be a patient. Jesse used a perfect balance of compassion, professionalism and humor to get me through the difficult process of having my labor induced with comfort and dignity. For that I will always be grateful to him.
