I was in the emergency department, hurting and scared. Then Jessi came into the room and just her presence made me feel so much better. She was calm and reassuring. In just a few minutes she 'knew' what was going on. She talked to me the whole time in a soft calm voice, telling me what she was doing, what was okay, and how she was going to help me. Jessi was amazing!
