Jessi Heller, BSN, RN

My husband and I have been so blessed to have Jessi in our lives during such a difficult time. After learning that our second unborn child had a diagnosis that was incompatible with life, we were left with several unknowns about what the remainder of the pregnancy would look like for us. Jessi reached out to us via phone call to ease our worries, and she did this with such compassion and kindness. After learning of the passing of our sweet girl, we scheduled an induced C-section at NGHS Braselton. As we were driving to the hospital, we received another message from Jessi stating that she would be able to meet us to provide further support during our hospital stay. Before, during, and after surgery, Jessi remained by our sides. From capturing pictures to creating keepsakes and mementos, Jessi helped make a sorrowful experience a joyful one. Jessi has the kindest heart and is the best person for her role in bereavement. My husband and I often reflect back on our time with our sweet daughter, and Jessi continues to be a huge part of that. Thank you, Jessi, for everything you have done for us!
