She took the time to get to know me as a person versus just a general patient. She shared her wonderful personality to make me feel comfortable and safe. She exhibited professionalism and brought comfort to the applications of my medical needs. Jessi needs to be cloned. No one likes to be sick in the hospital, but her humanity made it a joy.
