My husband was a patient in the ICU for a few days. Each day his health continued to deteriorate culminating with my very difficult decision to remove him from life support. I am so very grateful that Jessi was there on that horrible day. She was so wonderful, compassionate, and professional. She consoled me over several long and painful hours. It is remarkable that such a young person would have the poise to know when to be silent and when to engage in conversation to ease my fears and sorrow. She showed my husband the respect and dignity we would all want in our final hours. Your organization is truly lucky to have this young talented woman!
