Jessi leads with authenticity—she is down‑to‑earth, approachable, and always responsive, no matter how busy her schedule becomes. Most recently, Jessi encouraged and supported me in accepting a 0.5 detail with the National Office of Primary Care. Even knowing the potential strain it could place on local staffing, she prioritized my growth and the long‑term benefits this opportunity would bring to our team and patients. Her belief in investing in her staff is unwavering.
