I was hooked up to IVs on a number of drugs and had many tests scheduled by a variety of doctors. My mind was spinning and chaotic wondering about my condition and care. Jessica was my head nurse that evening and greeted me when I got to my room. She had extensive knowledge of the drugs prescribed for me and clearly and concisely could tell me in layman's terms why there were prescribed for my condition and exactly what they did for my situation. It was very comforting to me to know this information and gave me confidence that I was in good hands with her.

She also was well prepared for my case as she had reviewed my health history which gave me more confidence that I was in the right place. She answered any questions we had about the drugs, my current situation, and the next step in my process. It was extremely comforting knowing I was well informed of my health situation and future. She did everything possible to make sure I was always informed of my health status and situation. As a result, I knew everything my doctors were doing and planning to get me healthy and out of the hospital. Thank you for your outstanding care.
