Jessi was exceptional! Jessi provided great care to my dad and made sure his comfort was her top priority. She joked with him and even got him to respond to her with facial expressions when he didn't seem responsive to us. Jessi took great care of us as well. One night when I was alone with my dad and I was crying, Jessi took the time to offer me comfort. I know how busy she was and that meant a lot to me.
By the end of the week, she felt like one of the family. Jessi made a difficult time in our lives so much better and her care and concern will never be forgotten.
