Jessica made me feel completely informed on what would happen during my test. This happened during all the stages, what medication would be used why, and the reason, also how my body would react. At no time did I feel that she was not sympathetic to my concerns. Jessica told me what and when I could expect the rapid heart rate from the medication while talking to me throughout the test. There was always perfect communication. At the end of the test, she made sure that my heart rate was back to normal, and I was feeling more steady. She helped me up and talked to me as I prepared to leave. She deserves this award. Compassion is hard to find in the world today. Jessica has this gift.
